About

Highs & Lows Newsletter is a great way to stay up to date with what is going on in the markets. Our posts are high-level overviews of market trends with ample charts and graphics for easy consumption.

We post pictures of stock charts both trending up and breaking down. Additionally, we outline industries that are on the up and on the out, which gives readers an idea of where where big investors are moving their money.

Each post is meant to be consumed quickly and easily so readers can go about their busy days. Our posts are 2-5 minute reads and have plenty of graphs of stocks making big moves. Whether you are an experienced investor or new to investing, there is something of value here for everyone.

We break our groups down into 4 buckets:

  • Strong Short Term Trend: These are stocks that are performing well on a relatively short time frame. Commonly this will include stocks bouncing off the bottom of a downtrend or have seen some recent unexpected good news.

  • Weak Short Term Trend: These are stocks that are performing poorly on a relatively short time frame. Commonly this will include stocks fading from the peak of an uptrend or have seen some recent unexpected bad news.

  • Strong Long Term Trend: These are stocks that have performed well over a longer time frame and are usually in defined uptrends. In up markets, this list is typically populated by the largest and most successful public companies.

  • Weak Long Term Trend: These are stocks that have performed poorly over a longer time frame and are usually in defined downtrends. In up markets, this list is typically populated stocks in industries that are out of favor.

Newsletter Cadence

The Highs & Lows Weekly Newsletter will be released once a week.

In addition, we release a weekly paid report on Saturday called the Select List, which is the output of one of our favorite screens. Generally, it will feature stocks showing relative strength and setting up for a move higher.

Finally, we release an alternating paid/unpaid Macro Report once a month, which is a high level overview of macroeconomic indicators. It will keep readers up to date with trends of some major macroeconomic indicators.

Benefits of a Paid Subscription

Weekly posts will remain free but the Select List and every other Macro Report are limited to paid subscribers. For our Founding Members, we will entertain custom screening projects as well as bespoke consulting services.
